Excursions Terms & Conditions

By booking or participating in any OFF-LEASH Excursions (“Excursion(s)”), you (“Client” or “Dog Owner”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All participating dogs must be up to date on rabies, Bordetella, and distemper vaccinations, be free of contagious diseases, parasites, or illness, be non-aggressive toward humans and other dogs, and be at least 16 weeks old. You must provide accurate and complete vaccination and health records, disclose any behavioral issues prior to the Excursion, and ensure your dog wears a secure collar with identification tags during the Excursion. OFF-LEASH reserves the right to refuse or remove any dog from an Excursion at any time for safety concerns or violation of these requirements. You acknowledge that outdoor excursions carry inherent risks, including but not limited to dog bites, fights, scratches, or injury; exposure to wildlife, environmental hazards, or parasites; injury to yourself, your dog(s), or third parties; and loss, theft, or escape of your dog. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree that OFF-LEASH, its employees, agents, and contractors are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to you, your dog(s), or your property arising out of participation. You remain fully responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times, agree to comply with all instructions provided by OFF-LEASH staff, agree not to leave your dog unattended except when explicitly permitted by OFF-LEASH staff, and acknowledge that if your dog becomes aggressive, disruptive, or unmanageable, you may be required to retrieve your dog immediately. You will be solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog to other animals, people, or property. In the event of illness or injury, OFF-LEASH will attempt to contact you immediately; if you cannot be reached promptly, you authorize OFF-LEASH to secure veterinary care at your expense, and you are responsible for all related costs, including transportation, treatment, and medications. All bookings must be paid in full in advance or in accordance with any installment schedule specified at booking. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation. Gratuities for staff are optional and appreciated. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled Excursion are eligible for a full refund or credit; cancellations made 24–72 hours before the Excursion are eligible for a 50% refund or credit; cancellations less than 24 hours before the Excursion and no-shows are non-refundable. OFF-LEASH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an Excursion due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, and if OFF-LEASH cancels, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Unless you decline in writing, you grant OFF-LEASH the right to photograph or record you and your dog(s) during Excursions and to use such media in promotional materials, social media, or advertising, without compensation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless OFF-LEASH, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in Excursions, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death to you or your dog(s), property damage or loss, and alleged negligence of the Released Parties. You further agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against any claims arising out of your or your dog’s participation. OFF-LEASH is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings or equipment during Excursions. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflicts of law, and any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the First District Court of Utah. The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You consent to receive communications from OFF-LEASH by email, text, or phone regarding bookings, promotions, and updates, and you may opt out at any time. By booking or participating in an OFF-LEASH Excursion, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
